The Nursery!

Finally!  Yes, we've had the nursery put together for quite some time now (say, like July?!) but I still had small details that I wanted to complete before doing this post.  Minus a rug that I am still hunting for, I think the nursery is finally complete!  I wish we cold get better pictures but due to the angles of the room/hallway, this is the best we could do.

Just as most moms I'm sure do, I had an image of what I wanted the girls room to look like and I just LOVE how it turned out!!  I wanted to do something unique...do you think I was successful??  Thanks so much to all of those who put so much work and effort into making my dream room a reality :)

*I made the letters above their cribs and the frame around the signature matte to match.  After doing much research, I decided I could make them for less money than it would cost to buy them.  Plus, I felt like I could make them match a lot better than anything I could find pre-made!*

These are on the wall as you enter the nursery~thanks to my sweet cousin Kaitlin for having my favorite verses made!!
"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." ~Jeremiah 29:11
"We prayed for these children and the LORD granted us what we asked of HIM."  ~1 Samuel 1:27 (enlarge the picture and you can see Avari's and Emeri's name on the limb!)

Door view!
Front view!
Glad it's comfortable since I'll probably be using it a lot!!
I made this frame to match the letters hanging above their cribs!  The matte was taken to each shower  and filled with messages of love :)
Avari's slumber pad :)
Emeri's slumber pad :)
LOVE the butterfly, curtain tiebacks
"Twice the Joy, Twice the Love, Twice the Blessings, From Above!"
Night Light
Diaper Caddy
Basket matches perfectly~love using it for books :)
Lamp & Clock~can change clock inserts as desired!  I didn't like the ones offered so I made one from scrapbook paper to
match (one of the many nights I had insomnia)
I couldn't end this post without showing you their bathroom!  Again, none of the photos are that great due to space/angles but I do love this set that I found at Target!  Since this will still be the upstairs guest bathroom as well at the twins bathroom, I didn't want to go TOO kiddish!

Thanks Jenette for this hat box!  It's not polka dots but I think the colors match great!  I am using it to keep the girls bows/hair things in :)
I made these to match the hat box :)

Shower Curtain
Like the picture of the toilet?  Just wanted to show off the adorable rug and waste basket :)
Matching accessories :)
