A Little Fun w/ the Soph!

Please excuse the very poor quality of these pictures as they were taken with my iPhone but I couldn't resist sharing with you a few from our overnight babysitting experience with Sophie!  In June, Heather and Kevin were packing their house up in Pearland in order to make their move to Katy.  So, we kept Sophie to make things a little easier for them.  And boy, was she a trooper!  We pretty much spent the entire day shopping~we went to Baby's 1st Furniture, Chick-fil-A, Rooms to Go, and the mall!  We were all exhausted but I have to say, Sophie didn't let it show and we had a great time :)

She loved this "name stool" and it sure did keep her entertained!

I have to admit, it was quite the experience keeping her for the whole night!  She was awesome, but I can see already that I am going to be a nervous wreck when the twins get here.  The video monitor definitely came in handy because I HAD to keep checking on her....except for when she moved out of view and then I had to go all the way upstairs to see for myself that she was okay (because ya know, she MAY have climbed out of the pack-n-play OR she may have gotten kidnapped even though the alarm never went off and neither did my dogs)!!  Ohhh, the things I have to look forward to :)

We also went to church the next morning....we wanted to stick to our normal routine and get a little practice in before the big day!  She did awesome but I know I'm going to have the hardest time at first leaving the twins in the nursery...because I had a hard time leaving her!  I am sure it will be much harder on me than it is on them!

Overall, a successful experience AND a lot of fun!  LOVE this little girl~MUAH!
