The Old Timers!

James has spent this past winter and summer playing basketball through a league at our church. Last winter he joined a team of people he did not know but decided to form his own team this time around. “Old Timers” you ask....well, so do I. If I were a member of that team, particularly an older member, I might take a little offense. Obviously my husband doesn’t think well under pressure! ;-P
The girls and I had such a great time supporting & cheering our husbands on as they battled the opposing teams, running up and down the court, trying their best to make some points (and stop the other team from doing so)....well, when we weren’t catching up on our summer adventures! I won’t lie; I had to ask Sheri’s girls several times if we were “home” or “away,” if we were winning, and if my husband just made a point?! Abi Poth even gave me a hard time after James twisted his ankle claiming she was a better friend than I was a wife. I still stick to my story-I didn’t want to embarrass him! ;-)
In all seriousness, we had a great time and the boys even won a few games. I wish I had taken more pictures and videos but obviously I didn’t have time for that....I was too busy watching the game! ;-)
