Happy Birthday, Little Gym Style

No, we didn't have a birthday party here but we did go to The Little Gym on daddy's birthday :)  Actually, we took 9 month pictures (will share as soon as I have them), went to bible study (well, at least I did), went to TLG, AND celebrated James' birthday all in the same day!  I don't know about him, but I thought it was a great day...I mean, what better way to celebrate the big 2-9 than with the family you love so much ;)

I was so excited that James was able to take the day off for so many reasons but especially because he was able to join us at the gym.  I won't lie, it's kind of difficult to take twins by yourself.  I mean, I feel like it will be somewhat easier when they are walking, but right now, it's a bit of a challenge.  But, that's not holding us back :)  We are very fortunate to have a wonderful teacher, Ms. Paige, and a wonderful assistant, Ms. Jackie to lead us in our fun every Thursday.  Ms. Jackie has been a huge help to me with the girls...when they will allow her to be ;)  That's why I was so excited to have James join us on this day.  Not only did I want him to get to see our girls in action, but I wanted him to help.  You guys know how it is, sometimes they just want their parents!  And since Ms. Jackie wasn't assisting me with the girls, she was super sweet and took some pictures for me....I am so thankful because I really wanted to be able to capture this sweet time!  There's no way I could take care of both of them while taking pictures, so this worked out perfectly.

After leaving The Little Gym, we headed back to the house for a lazy afternoon.  After playing and taking naps (yes, all of us) we went and got takeout from Saltgrass for dinner.  The girls had such a long morning that we just felt like this would benefit all of us.  The girls are eating so much table food now and I was excited to finally get some pictures of it :)

And after our yummy dinner, it was time for daddy's birthday present!!  Maybe, I should have done this earlier during the day rather than at bedtime.  Maybe I should have worked on our presentation.  Maybe it doesn't really matter because daddy loved his gift anyway :)  And guess what else?! We FINALLY surprised him!!!  Thank you Uncle Ricky for helping us out with this :)  And, thanks so much to the guy at Golfsmith for helping this clueless about golf wife out :)

SURPRISE!!!
